How many plans can I create?
There is no limit. Create as many plans as your space needs — different price points, billing intervals and resource inclusions.
Can I change a member's plan mid-cycle?
Yes. You can switch a member to a different plan at any time. CoWorkly records the change and applies the new rate from the next billing cycle, or immediately depending on your settings.
Can plans include meeting room credits?
Yes. Each plan can include a number of meeting room hours per billing period. Members use their credits first, then pay for additional time.
Can I offer a free trial?
Yes. Assign a trial period to a plan and CoWorkly will not generate an invoice until the trial ends.
