Questions about marketplace apps.

Do I need a developer to connect these apps?

No. Every current integration is configured from CoWorkly settings in a few clicks. Google Drive and WhatsApp use OAuth so there is nothing to install — you just authorise the connection.

Can each location use a different integration?

Integrations are configured per coworking space account. A multi-branch account shares one set of integrations across all locations by default. If you need per-branch SMTP or storage, contact us to discuss your setup.

Is my data shared with the third-party app?

Only the data needed to make the integration work is sent. For Google Drive, that means files you upload through CoWorkly. For payment integrations, it means the invoice amounts and payment status. CoWorkly does not sell or share your data.

Can I disconnect an integration?

Yes. Every integration can be disconnected from Settings at any time. Disconnecting removes CoWorkly's access — it does not delete the data in the third-party service.
